How to enter

The same five steps for every tournament.

    Tell us who you are

    Your member ID fills in most of the form. Guests without an ID can enter too.

  2. 2

    Choose your events

    You only see events that match your gender, age on the cut-off date and grade, each with its price.

  3. 3

    Add a doubles partner

    Pick your partner from the player list, or join the partner board if you don't have one yet.

  4. 4

    Accept the rules

    You accept one specific version of the regulations, and we record it with your entry.

  5. 5

    Pay

    Card, bank transfer or cash at the desk. Your entry is confirmed once the fee is paid.

Open for entries

Enter online until the deadline. The earlier you enter, the less you pay.

  • Fees rise in steps: early bird, regular, then late entry. Each step ends at 23:59, Tbilisi time, GMT+4.
  • Your second and further events cost less than the first.
  • Juniors (18 and under) pay less where the tournament offers a junior discount.
  • A small federation levy is added once per player and is not refundable.

    Pay at the tournament desk before your first match. Bring the exact amount if you can.

An entry is confirmed only after payment. Unpaid entries move to the waiting list after the payment due date shown in your confirmation.

What the payment status means

  • UnpaidNothing received yet. Your place is held until the due date.
  • ProcessingPayment started: a transfer on its way or a card payment being checked.
  • PaidMoney received. Your entry is confirmed.
  • RefundedMoney returned after a withdrawal or cancellation.

Refunds

Dates for Georgian Amateur Tour — Stage 4 (Final). Every tournament publishes its own dates on its page.

  • Full refund if you withdraw by 1 Oct, 23:59 (Tbilisi time, GMT+4).
  • 50% refund until 3 Oct, 17:00 (Tbilisi time, GMT+4).
  • After that, the fee is kept.
  • With a medical certificate sent by 18 Oct, 19:00, 80% is refunded.
  • No doubles partner found by 28 Sept, 23:59 (Tbilisi time, GMT+4)? The doubles fee is refunded in full.
  • If the organizer cancels, everything is refunded within 14 days.
  • An admin fee of 5 GEL is kept on every refund, except when the organizer cancels.
  • The federation levy (3 GEL) is never refunded.

Withdraw through your entry page or by email to the entries officer with your entry reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days.

Age groups

Age groups count the age you reach during the calendar year: a player who turns 15 in November plays U15 all season. Juniors may play up one age group, and from U17 may also enter Open events. Veteran bands (35+, 45+, 55+) count the same way.

Grades

Amateur events are split into grades A to E: A is for players who train several times a week and win club events, E is for a first season. You declare your own grade; if it is clearly wrong, the referee moves you after one tournament.
