Withdrawals and refunds

Written in dates, Tbilisi time (GMT+4). Amounts refer to the entry fee you paid.

   Entries close and the draw is prepared from the entry list. You can still withdraw.

2. Until 1 Oct, 23:59

   Full refund, minus the 5 GEL administration fee

3. Until 3 Oct, 17:00

   50% refund, minus the 5 GEL administration fee

4. From 3 Oct, 17:00

   No refund

• Federation levy (non-refundable): 3 GEL per player.
• Injury or illness: 80% back with a medical certificate sent by 18 Oct, 19:00. Send a medical certificate to the tournament office; the refund is paid after the tournament.
• Doubles: if no partner is found by 28 Sept, 23:59, the fee is refunded in full.
• Reserves who are not moved into the draw get a full refund.
• If the organizer cancels the tournament, everything is refunded within 14 days.

How to withdraw

Withdraw through your entry page or by email to the entries officer with your entry reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days.
